If its a profile page you can change it on your setting. But if its a Fan Page you should delete the existing one and create another.

Go to Account, then to Account Settings. Then it will say Name..then under your current name click change.

Go into settings and change your name. It will let you as long as it's a name that doesn't sound fake.
