try Picasa 3 It's Free http://picasa.google.com/ you can make your pictures look like polariod and add several oher thing to your pictures example video : video made by google not me hope this helps:D

You can sign up for an account at Photobucket and upload your images there. Then, once a photo is uploaded, you'll see a link that says "edit" above it. Click that and it'll take you to where you can edit your photo. But, just so you know, bigger photos will take longer to load into the editor.

You need to use photo-editing software. The best free one in my opinion is 'The Gimp' http://www.gimp.org/ The best in general of course has to be Photoshop Hands down! But its not free. Also your going to have to mess with it a lot to get the hang of it.
