I can't figure out how to change my gender on facebook...?

I found a lot of ways to change it with the old facebook that don't really work with the new version and I would like to avoid having to switch back.

for people now in 2014 you go to your timeline or you just pick 'edit your profile' in the top left on your home screen.
the internet is my wife
at the top of the screen next to where it says PROFILE it says EDIT. click it and the screen to change it will be there.
