How can I delete my MSN or Hotmail account instantly?

I want to delete my Hotmail and MSN account completely so that the address and account name is available again. However when I try to close it it says that I must wait like 120 days ...show more

It is deleted straight away but if you sign in before 120 days then you will be able to sign in. why not change the adress with maybe a 1 a the end or something or another letter?

it says that about 120 days but that means of you sign in within those days it will open again just dont sign in for that many days and it will close
