My hotmail changed to some fancy windows live. can i change it back to the original msn hotmail and how.?

And i have found that with this new live hotmail there is no 'edit' function. When composing long emails, that need to be re-worked, edited, improved upon, forwarded... I have to start from scratch all over again. Any help?

Well, I don't know if you are using a different (unknown) version but when I enter my hotmail account, I am offered to try the "classic" version several times - hard to overlook. 1. While logging in 2. Bottom of site menu "switch to classic" 3. Top of first massage that opens when I log in
