Why did most of my contacts on MSN suddenly disappear?

My msn contacts have mysteriously disappeared,how can i restore it?

  • people can see me online but i cant see them...

  • Answer:

    Restart your computer then try signing in and see if you can see your contacts. If not then Re-install Windows Live Messenger. However, if that doesn't work either then there is something wrong with your msn email address. So if all the above doesn't work make another msn email address and it should work.

you can only restore them if you have them saved on your computer. try to log out then log on again.

make sure your group things are arnt closed, because they may be in there if you know what i mean, where it says offline and avaliable people there should be a little arrow on it on the left

This does this to me just sign out and sign back in again and they should be there :)
