How do i know someone has blocked me on MSN?

    DON'T use those addon websites. There's a way to do it using messenger. Go to Tools>Options>Privacy, and then it should have a list of contacts. Next, highlight the username of the person who you are suspicious of in the options box, and right click on their name. If they haven't blocked you, the "delete" option will be greyed out. If they have blocked you, you will be able to select "delete".

Yes there is a website but its a virus dont click on it .. if the person is always offline ask others whther he/she was online last night .. if they were offline then ur bloked.
