export in msn messenger save to computer then import in yahoo messenger hey they must sme yahoo and msn id's otherwise it wont work after importing you have to send add req to each user it work for e-mail id to have all contact with out adding for chating it may not work because most of the people have different id's generally in rare occasions u find with same id.

You may have to import your contacts from MSN to yahoo and then the yahoo messenger should give you the option to import your contacts from the address book.
