Why does my webcam go straight too video call?

Msn wont let me go on webcam it just goes to video call?

  This is because MSN has updated itself and this is part of the update. It really pissed me off too, as it freezes most peoples laptops and you can only do one vid call at a time. Msn are apparently looking into it the only thing you can do is find an older version of msn that your friends have where webcam is fine and install that, remove the one you have now , hopefully the update wont be added to that. Im still trying to find a decent version of msn, all the older ones crash my pc.
