If someone's email ends in @mail.com can you add them on msn?
-
I got a friends email address and it ends in @mail.com so i was wondering if i added them on MSN would i be able to talk to them. if u don't get it i mean its like [email protected]

Answer:
This depends if they are set up with a Microsoft Passport account (www.passport.net). A passport account is what links MSN Messenger to a regular email account. For example you could set up any email address like [email protected]. All you would need to do is go to the passport.net site and sign up with the email address to be able to use the email address on MSN Messenger. A Microsoft Passport account is free and only takes a short time to set up. I hope that helps.
