Install the latest Windows Live Messengerr. If that doesn`t work, try one of the alternatives. Here are some suggestions: aMSN, Mercury. aMSN is the best one if you`re used to using the Windows Live Messenger interface. It also has all the features. Mercury is for people who like to customize a lot of stuff. I suggest aMSN myself.
