How do you get rid of MSN virus?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the msn virus? it's a zip file, which of course turned out to be a virus.

    Are you sure it's msn or is it MSAVSC.exe? If it's the latter, it's called a backdoor Trojan which is extremely hard to remove and identify. I don't think you got a virus from msn, maybe something you downloaded through msn but these backdoor Trojans use legitimate programs to integrate your system and SEEM legitimate. If your comfortable enough with your computer you can back your system up and re-install your operating system, takes an hour or two and you've got a computer running like new!
