You can save the contact list. On the old account Go to File -> Save Contact List Sign out On the new account Go to File -> Import Contacts From a File. Locate the contact list file you saved and double click on it.

You can save your whole contact list in MSN. Then get your new msn address, sign on, then import the contact list. :D
