Why did MSN automatically block some of my contacts?

I always block my contacts on MSN but every-time I open up again they are open! Any tips why?

I have a very slow dial-up connection, live in Spain. Is it the connection speed?

Well when you click block you have to confirm. Maybe you forget that. You should sign in offline if you can't fix it.
