How do i get my webcam to work on msn?

    don't unplug it and then plug it into a different usb port because your computer has to relocate the hardware to install the software...that's where you see bottom right "found new hardware" Plug it in, and goto device manager.. click on "imaging device" and click and highlight your cam, in the above menu click "scan for hardware changes" this will relocate your cam where its plugged in

you need to install the driver for it/or install the software that came with it. then if you have live messenger, by your msn picture, there should be a small camera picture under it.
