    I know plenty of people that have had thier accounts hacked, there isnt much you can do, Hotmail dont help, I know people have contacted them several times and they just say they cannot do anything. The only thing I can suggest is maybe trying reset your password, when you go to hotmail.co.uk, go to sign in and then click the Forgot Password, then you will have to answer you secret questions, Hopefully you remember them, and then you may have access again. If not then sorry there isnt anything you can do. Here is a link to a Hotmail forum http://www.windowslivehelp.com/solutions.aspx?productid=1 Maybe you may have some luck on here. This forum is checked by Microsoft Staff and they will ask for you email address, then they can check it out and hopefully they will do something. Hope this helps
