How do you add all your old contacts onto a new msn account?

Is there a easier way to re-add contacts in a new msn account?

• I made a new hotmail account, but I dont want to add all my contacts one by one, that would take too long... any easier ways? I have windows live messenger version 8.1 if that helps.
