How do you make a popular youtube video?

    You have to look at the really popular videos. Like "Fred" for instance, all that is is a guy making up a video blog and then speeding up his voice, but somehow hes one of the most subscribed! If you can make something simple and funny like most people find fred (i hate him personally) then you can easily get popular. Also, there is a channel on youtube that sponsors and advertises peoples videos. Its called FunkyMonk TV. Might be worth checking them out!

i would say make something that's never been done and try to advertise the video bye like telling friends and posting bulletins hope this help =)
