    Well you could with what Lauren said or you could go to the youtube headquarters take some people hostage and demand they feature your video. I personally think you should go with mine.

Well first off, your videos have to have massive amounts of views to be featured. Did your first video get a lot of views? Just to verify Featured videos are in a little box on your homepage, it usually consist of about 3/4 videos. The best thing you can do is promote your video a lot, make the video interesting, and get a lot of subscribers! Then you have a better chance.
