How do you get many views, subscribers, and comments on YouTube?

This question seems to be coming up a lot lately. I have a few suggestions: 1. spread your link to other websites - i.e. reddit, digg, break, twitter, facebook, etc. but be careful not to get spammy ya know? People hate getting links that are like : WATCH MY NEW VID SO FUNNY!!.. no. 2. I'd say make content you would want to watch. Also, be consistent with when you upload the content - keep the audience attracted and don't be afraid to make annotations on the video asking to subscribe or like. The best way to get more views consistently is to subscribe. 3. Be sure to comment and get involved in the YouTube community. Comment nicely on vids, don't be a jerk. FRIEND REQUESTS! Do it, it gets folks to check out your channel and they are more likely to sub. There are loads of other little things you can do - but I believe those are the main 3(ish) answers.
