Possibility: If someone searches for 'hotdog' your video can be seen in the first page if you have added many 'hotdog' words in your Title, Description and Tags. Example : Title - My favourite hotdog - blah blah hotdog Description - I love hotdog because hotdog is blah and hotdog is not blah blah Tags - hotdog hotdogs hot dog dogs ----- Like i said it is possible..try it out. If you make any changes to your video details it will take about 1 day to take effect in youtube
