Is it legal to change the youtube format to .mp3?

I made a slideshow on windows movie maker, its format isn't accepted on youtube, any way to change the format?

of course not...u have to convert the video into wmv. (windows media video) from windows movie maker , ur sending the original file , and thats not a video format

Yup.. but you need to download a software from the net to do it. I'm not sure if Movie maker can save it in a different format too? Try saving your slideshow in a different format. Open your slideshow in movie maker and goto save As.. or export and see if it supports .avi or .mpg (mpeg) format. Otherwise, download a software from the net to convert it for you..
