How do I make a lyric video for YouTube?

I want to make a basically simple lyrics video for YouTube. I don't have a program to make videos. Would a PowerPoint kinda thing work, or not? Is there a program I can download ...show more

You can make a PowerPoint first, and they turn it to a video. The easiest way is directl "Save as" a powerPOint as MWV format in PowerPoint 2010.
