How do i get more views/subs for my YouTube videos?

the better videos you make and about important subjects, the more views you have ,but don't keep asking people to subscribe the doesn't help much ,if they like the video they will subscribe

Make more videos, comment on other peoples' videos, and enter video contests.

You should comment on other peoples videos, specifically the popular ones. I don't mean spam them and ask people to watch your videos, but make honest and true comments. If people like your comments and see you around a lot, then they will look at your channel, thus discovering your videos.
