When should I apply for partnership on Youtube?

Could I still apply for youtube partnership if?

  Well if it was a mistake, then Youtube would warn you, take out the audio, and then tell you not to do it again. Or just delete the video all together. Most Youtuber's make mistakes like that a lot so it wouldn't really matter if you just made one mistake like that. I believe that you would still be able to apply for partnership. And you don't know until you try. Don't worry and Good luck(: If you're still paranoid about it, then you could just delete the video but I don't think the problem you have is bad.
