No, ok when you are a Youtube partner, lets say that your video is about how stupid Miley Cyrus is or something. Now Google pays Youtube which pays you to put an ad on your video that says something like 'How old is Miley Cyrus GET A FREE XBOX IF YOU GET IT RIGHT!'....or something to that affect. Then lets say google pays youtube 1000 dollars per 100 views on that video.....and where you come in is that lets say your video gets 10000 views. Youtube, in this case, recieves 1000 dollars per 100 views so that means youtube gets Ten Thousand dollars and they can just leave you out of it, after you are the one who aquired so many views, so they give you i dont know maybe 18 or 12 percent or something....get it?
