Ideas for making funny videos?

So I want to start making youtube videos for like hair makeup clothing stuff like that any video ideas?? :)?

  Ok before you even begin, your going to need three things. 1) A nice camera. It shouldn't have to cost you alot, or even anything at all depending on what you have in your house, but DO NOT use a webcam. The camera needs to be nice enough so that we can see the exact shade of the makeup your applying, and we need to be able to see it clearly. 2) Good lighting. That camera goes to waste if that lighting is terrible. I would say 2-3 lamps on you, if your in a darker setting, so you should probably film with the blinds open, that way you won't have to use as many lights. 3) A good editing program. Windows movie maker for Windows or Imovie for Mac will do. Learn how to use, and study other beauty gurus to see how they edit their videos, but DONT copy them. Okay, if you got these three things, the next thing you want to do is start of by making a "popular type" video. By this I mean do a back to school video, or something of that nature. A simple smokey eye and an inventive hairstyle (look to runways for inspiration) should help get you subbies. A couple of quick warnings about the beauty community 1) Haters. They'll be there to watch you fall, and kick you when you're down so make sure you have a tough skin. 2) Its harder than ever to break "into the business". It'll take time 3) Don't advertise on beauty videos. I know its so tempting, but it'll just make people resent you or flag you for spam. tag your videos well, and maybe send out a view of your videos for people to watch (to your YT contacts) 4) Stay true. don't try to get companies to pay you, nobody likes a fake. Just be yourself, and if you follow these steps, you should do well.
