For Chrome, use incognito under Tools, Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close all open incognito windows. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however.

ctrl + shift + n = incognito mode. it doesn't record history but it only works for that window

Use Incognito. Problem solved. Other option, a new one in recent versions of Chrome, make your own Chrome user. Look for a tutorial online.
