I don't have website or blog? can i earn money from google adsense?

Well you need to have a somekind of web site to earn money from AdSense. For you I think the best thing is blogger.com But Its better learn about how to make a website because it would help you to earn more. Just having a site or blog is not enough. To be accepted to AdSense your site / blog has to be at least 6 months old.
