I don't have direct experience with the youtube side of Adsense, I assume that like Adsense on web sites, the ads served up would be matched to the descriptive text of the video, if you have virtually no text it may not know what ads are appropriate, there may be an option for advertisers to hand pick videos they want to sponsor, are your viewers spending prospects. I would suggest you enrich your descriptive text.
