How to clear search engine history?

How can I clear my history from my Google search engine?

  • I want to clear my history fro my search engine. I have go on to tools internet options and cleared history but still all my searches come up on goggle, how can I clear my history?

If you have a Google Account, you may have to also clear your history at http://google.com/history . If you are using Internet Explorer, go Internet Options and click Clear History, and Delete Files... If it still doesn't work try a History cleaner program, just do a Google (or Yahoo) search for one and you'll most defiantly find one. Just make sure you do a virus scan on the program you download, as not all of them can be trusted.

Hi there, If you are using Mozilla Firefox browser, just right click on Search Bar in you browser toolbar (indicated by small icon of search engine), then choose Clear Search History on the pop up menu. Hope this information helpful, Best Regards

On mine there is a small arrow pointing downward beside the box where you type something your searching for ( beside the go button) and you just click it and at the bottom it says clear history and you just click on that
