Well, I think if you add alot of people, there is a choice that you can choose to ask for e.mail and last names. And it shows up because it thinks you are trying to spam or something. So try not to add people as fast. Hope I helped(:

You have to ask the person for their last name or e-mail address. People put that as a setting on their profile so they don't get porn sites or strange people trying to add them.
