How to use Authorize Attribute in asp.net MVC?

Someone is using pictures that I took but didn't authorize them to use on their myspace?

    Go to the top page when you log in to myspace and it says help report them as a under age using and put in the message underage user or put lying about age you can also report them as a spamer iv done this before and in 7days they were kicked off if that doesnt work try messaging them and say can you please take those pics done and if that doesnt work try to scare them and tell them those are copyrighted i could sue you if you dont take them down

I think you can report them. Maybe message them telling them they had no right to use those photos and it's illegal.
