What would be a good Free Conference Call (call in from phones at no additional prices) Service for a startup with geographically distributed members in India?

Sabse Bolo works well. If you have participants from only 5-6 top cities in India it is a fantastic option. your participants might have to bear the ads though. Last week on a call we faced some quality issues though, when an international participant dialed in. all the best!

Like mentioned, Google is a good option. Also check out if any carrier in India offers a good CUG (group plan basically) plan that fits you need. Might not be free but would be cheaper than most other alternatives.
