How do I edit pictures on the new Myspace?

Can somone tell me a website were i can edit my pictures with cool effects and stuf before i put em on myspace?

hmm try http://photobucket.com, or http://flickr.com, (http://tinypic.com) is exactly the same as photobucket, Yes Photobucket is a photo uploader but you can also edit photos! then save the photo to your computer.. by the wayy dont get fustrated on it were only helping,
