Tell them to get in touch with the local DHS (department of human services) Office. Foster programing is run through them I do believe. I assume you are in foster care and this is why you ask.

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm interested in it too, so I'm interested in the answers that you will get :-) what's with the thumbs down? edit: I'm interested in adopting older kids through the foster care system in a few years. I think it will be a good experience and there aren't enough adoptive parents out there who want to adopt older kids. It's very sad.
