  Actually, that is not true. Several of the drivers are already in the film business. They'll typically take classes with one of the many varieties of driving schools around america such as Skip Barber, Bridgestone winter driving school, and O'neils (just to name a few) and put that on their resumes. I have taken several class with such people and the three I have met (all separate occasion) claim to have no racing back ground. One of them was a valet parker before she started. The other was a camera man with a great idea. And I think the last one was a ski instructor. A strong resume will help you greatly in the future.
