Are you saying that you're signed into Quora using your Facebook account and you don't remember your password (which would be your Facebook password)? In this case, you would need to visit Facebook and click the Forgot Your Password? link in order to reset your password through your email. If you meant that you created a Quora account without using Facebook and forgot the password for that, you also have the option of resetting your password on Quora when you try to sign in.
