Diplomats dont get stopped at customs and even if they did customs cant search or detain them . its the diplomatic card . But i think the queen may have a higher card just.like other state members of other countries .........

Heads of state are normally exempt from goign through customs if their visit is official (which it always is in the case of the Queen).
