Best Ski/Snowboard place in Vermont? (New England?)?

Until you tell us what you mean by "best" it's tough to answer your question. What are you looking for, a great terrain park, a lot of kids on snowboards, great restaurants, great nightlife, peace and quite, great ski school, and a whole bunch of other things. Are you going mid-week or a holiday weekend? Where do you live? How far are you willing to drive? Killington does get crowded but it is a HUGE place. Jay Peak doesn't get too crowded (although 1-hr waits for the tram can be found) but is a LONG way from anywhere. My favorite place is Stowe for a few reasons. First, it's BIG, second, it is in the northern part of the state and usually has good snow conditions, and it has about 60 restaurants and bars, so you never get bored. You can also find highly elegant inns and hotels as well as youth hostel, bunk-bed types of places. But, until you tell us what you want we can't really advise you.

Dont go to Killington. First off, its at least $70 dollars for one day(not sure the actual figure). Secondly, It's extremely crowded. And third, it's icy. I would much rather go to Okemo.
