The best rule of thumb is to measure the distance from the ground to your mouth. This would be a likely starting point for you. A 138 sounds good if you are going to concentrate in the parks, but i would go slightly longer if you are looking for a more all around board. A board that is 145 - 155cm should work well. If you are going to hit the park more than the mountain you should lean toward the shorter side.
