    Well, the Burton Operator has gotten great reviews by everyone. it is also the board Shaun White rides. i personally have never ridden it. but if Shaun White rides it it has to be good quality. you can always go to: http://www.burton.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-Burton_US-Site/default/Product-BoardFinderShow which is the Burton board finder and input your info like height, weight, etc. if it's a burton board you want. have a good time on the slopes!

think you will want a 160-161 board. As you probably know, go with a flexible board, and the forum website is really good for telling how flexible their boards are. Forum and rossingol are good brands :D
