i live in Oregon! but im pretty sure its located in Welches, OR and the website is http://www.windells.com/ and there is a "Reister Now Button" and there is a "Camp" tabs and if you click it it'll show you more stuff about the camp! or here: http://www.windells.com/camps.php then you can choose what camp you want (summer camp, winter camp... etc.)
