  • Answer:

It sounds like in bindings you would be a medium. I personally don't like the Flow bindings because I find they don't provide as much support as I like, but my dad has them and he loves them 'cause he doesn't have to sit down and strap in, and plus it's faster. If you would like the easy strap in bindings I'd say go with Flow because they specialize in that type so they are proven to be good. I ride the Burton Men's Freestyle with capstraps because they are comfortable, sturdy, and a decent price of $180 Cdn.

I dont think bindings are that hard to get in and out of, the extra 10 seconds it takes isn't really going to mean much in a day of riding, maybe an extra run or two tops I recommend union or rome bindings but if your going to get flow, get the nxt's

go to a store, bring your boots with you, try on every pair of bindings that you want. remember which ones felt good, remember which ones felt bad, go home and read reviews on the ones you like. I like K2's, but if your talking about step in bindings i wouldn't bother, they are crap and you can get new bindings that can be thrown on in the same amount of time as step ins, only difference is you have to sit down or bend over.
