    I'm guessing you have non-Burton bindings and a Burton board. Almost all boards use the standard 4x4 mounting system, while Burton uses their 3D hole pattern. Toy would need to get the Burton plate from the binding manufacturer, but usually they come with both plates. If your board and bindings are as you stated, you would have to get the bindings from the same manufacturer as the board, as this is not a standard configuration.
