Listen bro unless your going to be doing some start up back country tree line cliff dropping riding(which it doesn't sound like your are), then you will be fine on any of those boards. A park board will work fine carving up groomers all day long. If your on a budget go with one of the Blunts. I'm honestly not to sure what the difference is between the Primo and the regular Blunt is. I've heard the Primo has alittle more flex. I know the Primo has 10:45 sidewalls and I want to say the regular Blunt doesn't. Basically I guess you could say the Primo is slightly more park focused then the regular Blunt.
