Should I have my new Forum snowboard with StrucTurn waxed?

Yes, you want to get it waxed, preferably right before you snowboard for the first time of every season. As for in season waxing, some people wax as much as every time to every third time they snowboard. As a beginner using a used board, you will probably fine waxing only once or twice throughout the season. If the performance doesn't make a big difference to you and/or you don't care too much about the base of your board, then it's not absolutely essential to wax it in season. The first used board I bought I never waxed. Now, I only wax once or twice throughout the season but that's mainly because I only snowboard 10-15 times, not because I don't think it's necessary.
