  I agree with Bob b on size for the calculator. For boots all you basically need is your shoe size and try not to order online before trying them on, you might regret it! As for the bindings there are 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. You will probably need a large since by the looks of your profile your boot size is at least a 10. All moutain boards are typically longer and wider so they can handle terrain better and same with the freeride, just a different name. There are also park boards which are slimmer and have more pop for jumps and rails.
