When is the best time of year to go snowboarding?

  • I have never been snowboarding before and I am REALLY keen to start it up as a hobby as a lot of my friends are snowboarders, but when is the best time to go...or not to go!?

    less busy during December busiest during January keep that in mind There's not really a better or worse time to go, the main thing is when you want to go! usually lessons [if your taking any] start in january, and my favourite time to go is January/February happy shredding hollyy

well during april its not that busy but you have to ride on fake snow but its all good.

The best for the northern hemisphere is in January through March. Southern: July If you go in December it wont be too crowded but it will be way more expensive around Christmas.

i prefer to avoid weekends and holidays and holiday weeks and spring break and everything liek that. Best times to go are poder days and within a few days of it snowing, weather always determines when it snows, but january february and march can be reall good, spring riding is fun for park cuz the snow is real soft from the sun, on days when it hasnt snowed for a while, you might be able to wait around till later in the day and the sun may soften it up depending on the temperatures
