How can I learn to figure skate?

How hard is it to learn how to figure skate?

It is definitely hard, but that shouldn't stop you. If you love it you will stick to it. And once you get the hang of it it gets a bit easier since everything has close to the same basic principal. It is a good sport to keep you active. And there is always something knew to try or learn. Good Luck!

Well you do have to practice buy skates and stuff like that but its fun.It is lots of hard-work though. Give it a shot. Chances are you will end up liking it alot. So try it!

its not that hard. the first time you will fall a lot and be very unstable. after a few times you will be able go around in circles pretty easily and then maybe start learning some simple tricks

It is very hard to start at such a late age. Unless you have some realy talent, it will be very hard to be successful. My suggestion is to take a few private lessons if you have basic understanding of skating and see how you do, Hope this helps!
